Do I need a paid plan to list a property?
No. Property listings on REM.al will be free for everyone. The Agent and Agency plans cover a professional website, domain, hosting and CRM.
What does the Agent plan include?
At €200 per year, the planned package includes a domain, server/hosting, website and CRM. Technical details will be available before activation.
How does the Agency plan work?
The plan starts at €500 per year and includes a team workspace. The included user count and billing period for the €20 extra-user fee are being finalized.
Will the platform include AI?
Yes. AI is part of the platform's direction. Specific features, limits and availability by plan will be announced at launch.
When can I start using REM.al?
The platform and plans are in preparation. The launch date and activation details will be announced here.
Are these annual prices?
Yes. The Agent plan is €200 per year and the Agency plan is €500 per year. Final terms and VAT treatment will be clarified before purchase.
